Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare/Optum.
Blue Options and PPO plans ARE covered.
Blue Local and Blue Value are NOT covered.
Some notes to consider before deciding to use your insurance:
If you have out of network benefits with an insurance company I do not contract with, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. With some insurance providers, I can even submit the claims for you!

- Couples therapy is not covered by insurance

Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50, and you will be charged $100 for a no-show. If you are using insurance, you will still be charged these amounts, as insurance does not cover missed appointments.
